Children must be three years old and completely toilet trained to enroll in the preschool. In order for a child to be officially enrolled in Cornerstone Preschool, the following documents must be received in the school office, as well as an interview with the Preschool Director:

• Enrollment Fee  ($100—non-refundable unless eligible for state assistance)
• Application Form           
• Well-child General Health Examination Form signed by the physician.
• Child's Immunization Certificate
